The owners desired a secondary entrance with Mud and Powder Room, a new kitchen opened up to the Dining Room and a new Master Bedroom Suite.

The low slope roof over the left wing provided the floor for a new master Bedroom Suite.  The residence is located in a Historic District and the design guidelines established by the Architectural Review Board have been adhered to.
